This week we would like to focus on our Field Mission Statement, to have everyone who interacts with us LOVE us! Each day you will get a link to a short video that describes an element of our Mission Statement. Our Mission Statement is the foundation of our culture, so it is important to make sure everyone is “on the same page” of what it really means.

Field was named by Trinity Industries® as a Premier Supplier at its annual supplier luncheon on Saturday, April, 22. During the supplier luncheon Trinity recognized suppliers that provided them with exceptional service during 2016. This is Field’s first time winning the Premier Supplier Award from Trinity. Trinity rail is one of the industry’s largest rail car manufacturers.

In my opinion, it is impossible to separate quality from housekeeping and an organized work space. There are several benefits of clean and well organized work spaces.
